  I've never used pixel sizes for fonts. I've always used points.

  theres something far more trustworthy about his methodical approach -264 screenshots - i can actually see for myself !
  mostly i'm an ems not pixel girl - unless i want a font to stay at a fixed size and cheat (just a little).

          I was always told to use pixels over ems because of people's default font sizes (although I still use ems).

    Wait. How can you use ems and exs for font sizes when em and ex are relative to the font?
    Would it be like: "the default browser font is 12pts, so if I make my font be [0.9 em], then I get a font of 90%"
    
    Exs and Ems are relative to the parent font as well as the default, right?
